What is 'Brief' ?

Brief is the details of rooms you require in your house

How much will it approximately cost to do a custom design?

Usually our quotations are between $1500 and $2000.The fees are calculated based on approximate floor area. (however there are other factors also that we consider). As a rule of thumb it is $1.0 per one squire feet.

What is the next step after receiving of your quotation?

You will have to send confirmation of the acceptance of the quotation and send the advance payment. You will be required to send us a copy of the survey plan of your land. Plan can either be scanned and emailed or send by post. If you have the survey plans in Auto CAD format. Auto CAD file can be emailed. Immediately after receiving the advance payment, we will start designing your house.

How many days will it take to provide quotation ?

We will provide our quotation in one working day from the receiving of your request.

Will you consider local building regulations in designing my house ?

No. If the designs are to be adjusted to suit the local regulations, you have to hire a local professional to do those changes to the designs. Usually, your builder can do it for you. Click Here for Details. However we design for local regulations only for the sites located in Sri Lanka.

Do you consider Fengshui or Vasthu Shastra in designing custom houses ?

No. we are not experts in any of these mythological or astrological beliefs. If such changes are required to be incorporated, you have to get it done by consulting such relevant experts.

Are you providing a detailed construction drawing set with custom designs also ?

Yes. both a schematic design and a detail drawing set will be provided both in printed and editable Auto CAD formats
